Contact questions
Do I need a detailed specification before contacting you?
No. Many enquiries begin with a business problem rather than a specification. Describe the outcome you need and we will propose the scope — including telling you if a smaller piece of work would serve you better.
Why do you ask for an estimated budget?
So we can recommend something honest. The same objective can be met with a $2,500 build or a $30,000 platform. Knowing your range means the first proposal is realistic rather than a guess that wastes a fortnight for both of us.
Do you work with clients in other countries and time zones?
Yes. We are remote-first and work with startups, SMEs and established organisations internationally. Meetings are scheduled to overlap with your working hours and all project communication is documented in writing.
Can you take over a project that has gone wrong?
Often. We start with an independent audit of the code, hosting, security and outstanding scope, then provide a written recommendation with costs for each realistic option — continue, remediate, or rebuild.
Is there a charge for the proposal?
No. Scoping conversations and written proposals carry no charge and no obligation. Paid consultation applies only when you want a deep technical session or an independent audit as a deliverable in its own right.
How is confidential information handled?
Everything you share is treated as confidential by default and we are happy to sign your NDA before detail is exchanged. Access to client systems is limited to the engineers on your project and revoked at handover.
Every strong platform starts with one honest conversation.
Whether you need a full rebuild, a single integration, or a second opinion on somebody else’s proposal, we will give you a straight answer and a firm number.
